What Gang Sheet Guru does

Gang Sheet Guru adds a DTF gang sheet builder to a Shopify store's product pages. Shoppers upload artwork, the builder arranges it on a sheet, and the store receives a 300 DPI print file (PNG and PDF) for each order.

Data we process

• Store data: the store's myshopify domain, store name, an optional notification email, app settings, and a Shopify access token. The token is encrypted at rest, expires after one hour, and is renewed automatically.
• Artwork: images that shoppers upload to the builder, and the sheet files made from them (preview, print PNG, print PDF).
• Order data: for orders that contain a gang sheet, we keep the order ID and number, line item IDs, variant IDs, quantities, and the sheet details. We do not store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.

How we use it

We use this data only to run the builder, attach print files to the store's orders, show the store its orders in the app, send the optional files-ready email to the store, and bill the store through Shopify. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone except our hosting provider.

Retention

• Uploads and sheets that are never ordered are deleted after the store's retention period (30 days by default).
• Sheets that are ordered are kept so the store can reprint them. They are deleted when a customer redaction request covers them or the store's data is erased.
• When a store uninstalls the app, its access token is deleted right away. All of its data and files are deleted when Shopify sends the shop redaction request (48 hours after uninstall).

Customer privacy requests

We act on Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.
